At Dideo, we meticulously address each return on an individual basis, driven by our commitment to customer satisfaction. We uphold the quality of our products and services, aiming to ensure our clientele are thoroughly pleased with their purchases. Our guiding principle is to treat our customers equitably and with respect, fostering a reciprocal relationship of fairness and trust.
Methods for Returning Merchandise
1. In-Store Returns:
- Approach any register for assistance.
- Anticipate refunds to be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Locate a Dideo Store
2. Mail-In Returns:
- Initiate your return process online.
- Dispatch your items using the prepaid shipping label sent to your email, which you can print at home.
- Without a printer? Present your QR code at an approved USPS or FedEx location, and they will print the shipping label for you.
- Returns are typically processed within 8-12 business days, with refunds expected within 3-5 business days post-processing.

Essential Return Information
- Refund Processing: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. If a refund is warranted but no purchase record exists, personal identification will be requested, and the refund will be issued at the current price via a Dideo Gift Card.
- Shipping Labels: We have phased out the inclusion of return labels in orders. However, you can print a prepaid label, obtain a QR code for use at approved USPS or FedEx locations, or complete your return in-store.
- Correct Item Pairing: Ensure the item is paired with the corresponding package and label. Items sent incorrectly, or those not meeting our return criteria, will not be returned to you or refunded.
- Dideo Outlet Returns: Eligible returns of Dideo and Dideo.com merchandise are accepted at Dideo Outlet locations. Note that fine jewelry, designer items, and Dideo Marketplace products bought at Dideo or Dideo.com cannot be returned to Dideo Outlet stores. Boutique returns must be handled at the original purchase location.
